Industrial Design (ID)
We begin with aesthetics and ergonomics. Based on your market research, our designers create 2D sketches and comprehensive 3D renderings. We focus on how the user will hold, wear, or interact with the device, ensuring it feels premium and intuitive. You will receive multiple design concepts for approval before we proceed.
Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Once the exterior is approved, our mechanical engineers step in. They design the internal skeleton of the device using advanced CAD software. For light therapy, this phase is critical: we must engineer optimal aluminum heat sinks, calculate airflow channels for cooling fans, and ensure the casing can withstand drop tests and daily wear.
Electronic Engineering (EE) & PCB
Our electrical engineers design custom Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). We meticulously arrange the LED diodes (e.g., 660nm and 850nm arrays) to achieve even light distribution. We develop flicker-free power drivers, integrate EMF shielding, and program the firmware for touch screens, timers, and wireless connectivity.
Prototyping & Tooling
We bring the digital design to life using SLA 3D printing and CNC machining. You receive a fully functional "Alpha Prototype" to touch, test, and critique. Once you sign off on the prototype, we proceed to open the steel injection molds and cast the initial tooling required for mass manufacturing.
Pilot Run & Mass Production
Before full-scale production, we conduct a "Pilot Run" (typically 50-100 units) to identify and eliminate any assembly bottlenecks. We establish strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the factory floor. Upon completion, mass production begins, monitored continually by our rigorous 4-stage QA/QC process.
