Before production begins, every batch of raw materials is strictly inspected. We analyze the LED chips' bin codes to guarantee wavelength accuracy (±2nm) at exactly 660nm and 850nm. Driver components, aluminum heat sinks, and PCB boards are tested for thermal conductivity and structural integrity. Any material failing our strict tolerances is immediately rejected.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During assembly, QA engineers monitor the automated SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) lines. We conduct first-article inspections, automated optical inspections (AOI) for soldering precision, and real-time electrostatic discharge (ESD) checks. Operators are required to follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) with checkpoints at every assembly station.
Final Quality Control (FQC) & Aging
Fully assembled units are subjected to a mandatory 24-to-48 hour aging test running at maximum output. This critical step identifies any potential early-stage electronic failures. Following aging, devices undergo complete functionality testing, including irradiance mapping, EMF measurement, and flicker analysis to guarantee they meet advertised specifications.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Before shipment, a final random sampling is conducted based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards. We verify cosmetic appearance, customized logo printing, manual inclusion, and packaging integrity. Drop tests and vibration simulations are performed on boxed units to guarantee 0% damage during long-haul international logistics.
